What’s your return policy?

Most of our products are facilitated through 3rd parties, you buy our books on Amazon or through Barnes and Nobles and they have excellent return policies. If you join The Dojo or one of our Training Classes and aren't satisfied send us an email and we will get you a full refund. Go ahead and try it out now! No risk!


Will you come talk at my next sales meeting?

Sometimes, but speaking engagements are more expensive. We will also record a personalized sales conference call or a video presentation based on what your team specifically needs. I have left voicemails for sales teams and sent links to private youtube videos specifically outlining your needs. Contact us to get something creative done.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! We are active sales people as well though and often on the road so email is probably best. Just click on the "contact us" section and shoot us a message.


Can I contribute to thesalesnerds.com website?

Yes! We would love to have additional blog contributions made. If you have a specific topic in mind send us a message and we'll get you on the website. We will give you credit and link back to your website or blog as well.


Will you help me get my Sales Book Published?
